We strongly believe in making you feel like a star. If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry please let us know and we will fix it. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PIECE OF EQUAL VALUE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

The following repairs are available as a result of customer-inflicted damages:

*Missing Swarovski crystals.....................................$1.00/stone

*Damaged/discolored chain..............................$15.00/chain

*Storage box.........................................................$2.00/box

Customer pays shipping charges for any returned product and/or products to be repaired to our office. We ship the repaired item back for free.

*Safely package the product back in its original box
*Ship it via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to our office. Email for address.
